Girls4Sport
sponsors first kite boarding clinic exclusively for girls
and women in Miami, Florida
Kite Girls Miami event features free discovery clinics
and exhibitions by top-ranking women champions
SANTA CRUZ, CALIF.- The
first kiteboarding clinic designed exclusively for girls
and women is scheduled for March 20, 2004 in Key Biscayne,
Florida, five miles from the greater Miami Beach area. Girls4Sport
is sponsoring this free Kite Girls clinic along with MiamiKiteBoarding,
Ozone Travel, Water-Play, and Laurel Eastman Kiteboarding.
Kite Girls is a free,
one-day event showcasing the accessibility of kite boarding
for girls of all ages. From hands-on discovery clinics for
beginners to advanced clinics and exhibition for girls who
rip, this event is designed to inspire and educate female
participants who want to kite board or further develop kiteboarding
skills. "
Promoting active living
and inspiration for girls of all ages through events and
learning opportunities is a key part of our mission"

In addition to the clinics,
one of the world's premier women kiteboarder's, Laurel Eastman,
will showcase her style and grace on the board as part of
a professional-level exhibition. Girls4Sport will host a
fashion show featuring its latest performance water wear
for active girls and women.
