I always wear a sun shirt over my bathing suit so this year I decided to just buy a swim shirt and pass on the suit underneath. I typically wear a medium or large petite. I ordered the M, L and XL to try for fit. Here is my take. It fits like a bathing suit. So the M was true to size and fit snug just like I was wearing a bathing suit. The XL fit like a slim tailored shirt. The L fit like a loose fit bathing suit. Any one would have worked. I opted for the L as I found it a bit more forgiving in the look (hiding the belly better) but felt like it would stay in place (which is very important as I am not wearing a suit underneath). I liked that the shirt stayed put and didn't ride up (disclaimer - I have not worn it in the water yet) as most of these types of tops ride up just in the dressing room. It is made very well and I love the Bali - sweet potato print. I am looking forward to wearing it at the beach.

Urban groove swim top

I love the swim top.not only is it modest but the pattern is gorgeous. I paired it with the swim skirt and it looks very stylish. I wear a size 14 and have a 36b bust but I I took an xxl size because I did not want it to be tight out of the water .It is very comfortable, but nevertheless I wear a swim tank top underneath it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the neckline in the front is not finished properly and the fabric folds inwards instead of laying flat. But I have worn it now for 3 weeks at the lake and the fabric has fared well, so I'll be keeping it

The half-sleeve top was perfect. I ordered two sizes up and it fit perfectly. It felt so good on; so comfortable. I'll order again for sure.

A gift that made me want one, myself.

I have several G4S items in my drawers: rash guards, hipsters, bikini bottoms (only one of those) and board shorts and every time I wear one, my mother talks about how she wants one of her own. For Christmas, I got her the Bali Sweet Potato Half-sleeve top. When I received it (very quickly, like always), I opened the package only to say, "It's a good thing this isn't in my size or I'd be keeping it." The photos don't do the print justice--it looks like painted silk. It is the same great quality that makes G4S a cut above most swimwear on the market. I will probably order one for myself this Spring.

My daughter, Annabelle, age 11, LOVES her new half-sleeve top. We ordered it in Riviera. She has asked me to be sure to have her stocked each year for the rest of her life with this top! So far, she has used it in the pool and is looking forward to getting a lot more use with it in her triathlon training this summer.
