Super comfortable when you want your arms and shoulders completely free and unfettered. Ties at the neck so it will be as tight or loose as you want it to be. No hooks or metal but features a built-in shelf bra for a little support and a hint of modesty. A hybrid of swimsuit meets rashguard. Bottoms sold separately.
